We actively encourage the individuality and unique attributes of each of our lovely residents who spend their time ageing with us.
Based in the pleasant village of Liss, found in the countryside of Hampshire, south-eastern England, our home can tend to a large region of England. We are happy to take in residents from all over the country and beyond – as long as they are comfortable! We pride ourselves in the skill of integrating each resident into the community fabric which we have built through our caring collective of workers, especially with our team of carers that are attentive and keen to look after others, making them feel at home.
Whether your loved one is currently living in Cornwall along the southern coast, or currently resides in the bustling city of London, our residential care home is not too much of a distance. We are happy to accommodate residents whose family live a good distance, and have 13-hour opening times Monday to Friday to allow for visits whenever suits you!
We know how much your loved ones mean to you, and that is why we ensure that you can come and visit whenever is best suited to you. As already mentioned, weekdays we are open 13 hours! This is 8am-9pm; a good amount of time which hopefully allows you to allocate a good duration of time to spend with your loved one.
Despite our high-quality care and our best efforts to make the residents feel at home, we are more than aware that emotionally, both the residents and their family will miss each other simultaneously. That is why we welcome visitors with open arms and would love for you to come and see the facilities that we look after your loved one in.

Experience
We have had the privilege of seeing many residents in our residential care home, and our level of care is highlighted with CQC granting our caring rating as ‘good’. Whilst other areas of the review highlighted a need for improvement, we are actively working on ensuring that our facilities are elevated to create the best environment for our residents.
Staff training
With the majority of our carers having been trained to at least a level 3 diploma in care, we make sure that every resident’s needs are specifically tended to.
Our application process is rigorous, ensuring that we only employ the carers, and other members of our team such as chefs, which are best suited to our residents within our care home.
Personalised
With a strong focus on individual requirements outlined by a holistic approach, we drive to ensure that every resident is seamlessly welcomed into our home, both feeling and experienced integration into the community at Forest Brow.
