Our carers at Forest Brow focus on the individual needs of every resident to ensure that they have the best time possible. This involves constantly being there to respond to the requests of the residents, and making sure that the overall quality of services being delivered is the best it can be. Our carers are all trained with at least a level 3 diploma in care, and undertake extra training to ensure that they can be their best in providing for the residents, so showing the dedication of our carers to the lives of the patients and the residential care home as a whole. This dedication is what drives Forest Brow in its excellence, ensuring that we are always trying to improve for the best interest of the residents, in one way which is through better training.
The Quality of our Care
Our care is one-to-one, allowing us to fulfil our acknowledgement of the individual needs of every resident within our home, so to ensure that they have the best experience. With all carers holding level 3 diplomas, with some even reaching level 4 and 5 diplomas in care, there is a high level of quality of care as this training is entirely focused on the service that we provide, and the centre of our residential care home. Alongside this, we also offer specialist care for residents that have dementia, with the ability to tailor to what they need. How do we ensure that a Community is Fostered?
Through not only the staff, but the layout of our home, we ensure that there is a close-knit community kept here at Forest Brow. The terrace, where dining sometimes occurs when weather is favourable, is a place where relationships are formed as the residents of the home come together to eat and spend time outside. The view onto the greenery surrounding the home is also a point of admiration by the residents.
