What is Forest Brow?
Forest Brow is a boutique residential care home found within Hampshire, offering many differing types of care for up to 32 residents. All of our rooms are single occupancy, many with en-suite facilities if this is what would be best for the needs of the resident. We pride ourselves in providing high-level care to ensure the well-being of each of the residents. This includes our team of hard-working staff, some of which are award-winning, mainly made up of our carers . Our ethos involves the priorities of the residents, focusing on fostering a close-knit community and welcoming each new individual.

Based in the peaceful village of Liss, which is found in the heart of the picturesque town of Hampshire, our residential care home in Hampshire is in an idyllic spot tucked into the village. It is an ideal location due to its transport links which allow for access from all over the UK, including buses, trains and coaches. So, you can be assured that visiting your loved one at any time will be of ease.

Care4Quality provides “robust evidence on how a service performs in line with regulations to help assure quality in the care environment”. This means that residential care homes within and near the areas of Hampshire, Petersfield and Waterlooville as well as the wider area of the UK can maintain a high standard. Our CQC rating is at “requires improvement”, and we are working avidly to improve in the areas which have been pointed out as insufficient. With ‘good’ in the effective, caring and responsive categories, the other two categories which need improving are certainly being worked on within the home in order to create the best environment for the residents.

Care at Forest Brow is offered through the network of our incredible staff team, who take pride in the fact that they are award-winning in various areas and are highly qualified. All of our carers are qualified to Level 3 diploma in care, with many reaching levels 4 and 5, and offer 24-hour one-to-one personal care allowing for the residents to feel valued and cared for. Our one-to-one care means that we can tailor to the unique needs of every individual to foster a welcoming environment. Residents that come to our residential care home from Hampshire, Waterlooville, Petersfield and elsewhere in England can be assured that they will be cared for at a high level. As previously mentioned, the transport infrastructure that is found in Hampshire allows for the care home to be reached by all areas, meaning that visitors can come with ease.

All of our rooms are single occupancy to allow for comfort and the best experience while you are with us. We wish to do all we can in order to make every resident feel like they are at home – so that we can act as their perfect residential care home within Hampshire.
Activities for all
Our activities co-ordinator works tirelessly to ensure that the residents can enjoy a range of internal and external activities to allow for a welcoming close-knit community to be formed. Whether it is seasonal activities or bringing in entertainment through low-pressure activities such as colouring for our residents within the home, internally allowing for a close-knit community. As well as this, we offer opportunities to explore the wider area of Hampshire through visits locally such as trips to the nearby seaside so that the residents can enjoy their local environment and remain welcomed within the wider community, not simply within the home. These visits are a great opportunity for the residents to get to explore outside our residential care home and simply enjoy their time with us.
Dining as an experience, not simply time to eat
With our specialty cooking provided by our chefs, you can be reassured that the residents are being fed well and are also enjoying every time they are dining together. We make use of locally sourced ingredients to fuel our residential care home in Hampshire, allowing for our meals to be of high quality to nourish our residents. Also, using the dining as quality time allows for us to build the close-knit community that we have here at Forest Brow. Our residents eat together, enabling them to build relationships and maintaining the home feeling that we aim to provide.
